We would like to share an interesting paper by Apoorva Ghosh, Sociology and a Social Science Merit Fellow at the University of California, Irvine that dwells on questions on how do gay men and lesbians globally connected through transnational workplaces, foreign travel, and global mass media make sense of their sexualities? How do they reconcile locally received notions of sexuality competing with those received globally? Explained in a recently published paper entitled From moral ambivalence to differential congruence: Understanding transnational sexuality using cultural schemas
