Today, May 26th, Costa Rica becomes the first country in Central America and the 29th country in the world to have marriage equality. We believe we still have to cover a gigantic path but we must celebrate while demonstrating each victory. This comes right after the celebration of the International Day Against Homophobia on May 17th, which demonstrates the importance of such visibility for all marginalized communities.
