Zappos Adaptive has introduced a program for customers with special needs and disabilities to buy just one shoe or purchase a pair of shoes that include two different sizes. The program currently in its pilot phase has styles from New Balance, Nike, Converse, and Stride Rite, and the brand is hoping to increase the number of participating brands and available styles as the program grows.
