The Transformational Consumer is a book fascinates to me to no uncertain extent. Being a consumer of  life-improving products and services myself, this book comes very close to the area of my work that this blog is dedicated to i.e. My core audience: The Diverse Customer.

Nelson's Transformational Consumer insights swings “from surface-level pain points to soul-level desires” persuading brands to shift their focus from simply making products to solving their customers’ problems - as I read in one of the reviews best describes what this book is about.
