P&G’s new short doc, The Words Matter, is such a refreshing piece of work. This is such a powerful statement :

Many LGBT professionals, out or not have had to oscillate from hostile comments to ostracism, harassment to career obstacles. In many workplaces across the globe, especially in countries that have limited or highly restrictive rights - this is still very much a reality, sadly.
